Cécile de Bernardi graduated with a Master II in Human Resource Management. She worked for 20 years in Human Resources Director positions in France and Europe, in retail (Marks and Spencer years), IT (Intel and Cisco Systems), the cultural sector and the medico social voluntary sector. 

Since 2011, after training in the practice of assessments and business coaching (Pôle Universitaire Léonard de Vinci) and following a Vincent Lenhardt coaching training, she supports executives and managers individually or collectively with the managerial challenges, positioning or transition.
